It is the policy of BeYourLight to treat all suppliers, service providers, clients and course delegates fairly and equally regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, disability or union membership status. BeYourLight will ensure that no requirement or condition will be imposed without justification which could disadvantage individuals purely on any of the above grounds. The same equal treatment will apply to prospective and actual employees, contractors, and co-trainers of BeYourLight.
BeYourLight will ensure that any specific disability needs are accommodated for all the clients and course delegates. Those would include step-free access, any visual or auditory aids, large print materials, dietary needs, or any other assistance that would be needed for successful participation of each individual. Please inform us of any special requirements while booking our services.
BeYourLight is committed to the implementation of this policy and to a programme of action to ensure that the policy is, and continues to be, fully effective. The overall responsibility for the policy lies with the owner of BeYourLight, Evelina Dzimanaviciute. All service providers, associates, co-trainers and representatives of BeYourLight are required to comply with the policy and to act in accordance with its objectives so as to remove any barriers to equal opportunity.
Any act of discrimination or any failure to comply with the terms of the policy by service providers, associates, co-trainers and representatives will not be tolerated and will result in warning and unless there are extenuating circumstances, any breach of this policy will result in indefinite discontinuation of their services by BeYourLight.
We will regularly review our procedures, course content, delivery, and accreditation criteria to ensure that individuals are treated equally and fairly according to their relevant individual abilities and merits.
